Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Rallyd mobile application ("the App"), operated by Rallyd Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Rallyd is a racket sport scoring application for iPhone and Apple Watch. It allows you to score matches, track fitness data, view statistics, and connect with other players. The App is provided as-is.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Rallyd. You can sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rallyd.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers
• Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (display name, profile photo, match data). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process this content as needed to provide the service. Match results shared via the social feed or share links are visible to other users as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions

Rallyd offers optional paid subscription tiers (Pro and Founder). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

6. Health Data

Rallyd accesses Apple HealthKit with your permission to track fitness data during matches. This data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via your iPhone Settings.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Active subscriptions should be cancelled via Apple before deleting your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rallyd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the App. Match scores and statistics are for recreational purposes and should not be relied upon for official competition records.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
